Default 6spd rear end in 1st Gen GS300

do the 6spd supra TT rear end differential fit directly in the 1st Gen GS300? i know it does on the 2nd gen GS...

This is a list of interchangable rear ends, this info was initially extracted out of clubna-t if you wanted further clarification. I dont see the first gen GS on there so the answer should be no.

thanks kruso, buti thought i readd somewhere that the 2nd gen GS rear ends fit on the sc's nd the supras, vice versa.

hopefully someone else can chime in

thanks for the link that was informative. but i was more curious about the FIRST Gen GS300. not the 2nd.. i know the 2nd supra rears will bolt right on. just seeing if it's the same for the 1st Gen or not?

w/turbo, AT (3.769 ratio) Limited Slip

i thought the AT rear end fits , because the 6 speed diff is slightly wider on one side.

The six speed is a 3.23. Way too tall.

Confirmed that only the auto tt pumpkin fits. The 6spd pumpkin is wider and has a shorter axle on one side than the other.

true, but i know the (driver side) has a shorter axle. so if you replace that, would it be possible?

but it IS CONFIRMED that the SUPRA AUTO TT Differential casing/assembly fits the 1st gen GS300?
