Default Replacing ignition switch

anybody have detailed steps to replace the ignition switch? I just ordered a new one from lexus. Please help a fellow first gen member out!

Try to get the dealer to let you copy a few pages of the FSM
Ive not replaced one on my GS but done a few honda's. The GS dash is stout. Theres alot of bolts

Did you get a copy of the FSM ? its very detailed. Exactly what your looking for.

How mechanicaly inclined are you ? its quite simple. I had my lower dash apart last night. Specificly what parts do you need help with ? Once you remove the bolts that hold the lower panel on, remove the OBD1 plug, remove the ebrake handle and truck pop plug, pull all the 10mm bolts and viola

I did it last night. Took about 30 minutes really easy job.
