Default Wheel question

Has anyone ever put a 3rd gen GS wheel on a 1st gen GS? It'd be going from a 16" wheel to 17", but other than that are the offsets the same? I wouldn't have do any modifications to make them fit would I?

If someone has done that can you post pics so I can see what they look like?

Thanks,
-Nick

OEM wheel offsets are pretty conservative, you shouldn't have any issues with fitment or rubbing.

Check this thread for pics of our cars with various OEM wheels.

Thanks for that link I'd really love to get the 18" GS wheels, but my dealer doesn't have any takeoff's in stock of those. We do have 3 17" take off's of the 06 gs300 wheels and I can get them for 57 bucks each so I just need to find one more wheel. I'll probably end up going with those wheels then.

Thanks.
