Hey All,
Ive seen a 1996 GS300 that i wanna buy, First of all...Whats the common problems and things that i should look out for when i back go to look at it in detail ??
I tried looking for threads to help me, but no joy.... Also your help and feedback would be grateful in aiding me towards a purchase on this 'GREAT' car !!

As far as I know the most common problems in the first gen are cupholders that don't work, window moldings that tend to get loose and can cause some slight wind noise in the cabin at higher speeds. And usually if it's a higher mileage one, the 02 sensors are pretty much the source of a CEL (check engine light) coming on. Oh, that is considering that the car has been well maintained and everything else seems to be in tip top shape. Other than that, I can't really think of anything else.
Give this thread some time and I'm sure some of our other members will be happy to chime in.
