Yesterday , I spotted a grey GS300 with exhaust (dual), lowered w/wheels and gauges going up 75north in south Georgia. He was cutting threw traffic , and I think a 2005+ Maxima was trying to give chase. Is this person on here? The driver was African American is that helps
