fire!!
so i was driving home from fishing friday night and apparently i had an oil leak and the engine shut off so we just thought i over heated since there was smoke coming from the engine bay. but when we parked it and opened the hood there was fire!!! luckly we found some stuff to put it out before the whole car went away. i guess now..new motor =)

Wow you guys got lucky nothing else happened, Are you sure You just didnt overheat? One time My Radiator had a hole in it and I overheated, ended up blowing a gasket . My car was smoking too. LoL if you wanna look at the bright side in this, Time for a 2JZ-GTE SWAP!

good thing you caught that in time, one time my coolant hose popped off and alll my coolant drained out and almost caught fire.

haha yeah we were lucky that we caught it in time before it got worse...and i think the worst part of the day was i didn't catch any fish! dammit! ordering the swap soon =)
