Default brake issue/ trac light

Havin some issues right now.. Well a couple weeks ago i noticed my brakes were screeching in reverse (theyve always had a LITTLE screech because lexus forgot to tell me my brake shims were bad WHEN i got the brakes redone by them), and now if im stopped facing up a hill, when i let go of the brake and start going, they sceech for about 20 ft. Also, if i hit a bad pot hole, i mean a bad one, (hey it happens every now n then) i can hear another rythmic sqweak (kinda of like a sqweaky bed).

And then last night on the way to work my TRAC like comes on. So i pull over, turn the car off then back on and the lights off, 30 seconds laters its back on.

TT brakes my solution?

I have the same problem, the TRAC light comes on. Sometimes when I start the car, it does not turn on, but most of the time it does. I was thinking of some loose wiring, but I was not sure.

no input? I searched already and found threads where people TRAC light came on, but their CEL also came on....mine doesnt. I know the brakes need done so my best bet would be upgrade to TT brakes then see if the TRAC light is still on and if so, pull codes?

Sort of the same... Mine does not come on when first starting the car cold.

Stop and restart the TRAC never goes out; it's on from initial bulb check until the car has sat several hours again...

Ideas???

Mine ended up being a clogged pipe on the firewall-side of the Y-pipe on the intake manifold. It's been a while so I forget what it's called but my neighbor at the time told me that's what it was, we replaced the Y-pipe (cheaper then having it cleared because of labor rates) and it was fine
