hello there! im just wondering if this problem have happen to some of the 1st gen owners in here. so here's my dilema, i have a 93 gs300 with a code 31. sometimes at idle it will just have a really low idle and eventually dies out. and the check lite comes on. but once started it fires back up no problem.so ive check it out. first ive inspected the Mass Air Flow Meter. the resistance check was at specified range.so ive check the voltage on the harness side coming from the ECU.
(while its idling), the voltage looks good up until it starts idling low again and starting to die out.the voltage reads (0 Volts).the Diagnostic Flow Chart. is saying that i my Ecu is no good if all the checks are good but no voltage reading on the terminals of Ecu going to the MAF sensor. has anyone encounter a problem like this. hopefully someone will shed a light on me on this one. i hate to put a new Ecu on it and it wont fix the problem. thanks.
