Hey everyone, I have a few questions about the seats in our cars. I would like to know if anyone has replaced their seats with another model lexus? Had their seats redone? And if so, how much did it cost to have the seats redone? I want to replace my seats but with brown leather. If everyone could post pictures of their interior, I would to see them. This post should lead to a sticky from all the ideas and suggestions Thanks!

I second this page on the stickey . My seats are not as bad as these images but in about a year they will. What is a cheap or good alternative to either fix, replace or CUSTOMIZE ?

I too would like to know what is the cheapest alternative to restore our 1st Gen leather seats.

Also, would like to know the best way to care for the leather...there are a lot of products out there...my seats are not the best but i have noticed more wear lately.

I've done the leatherseats.com. Something like $700. It took me about 4-5 hours to do.

I just wipe mine down with a damp paper towel. Then after that i use a Meguiars leather cleaner/conditioner. Here is a link to what i've had work great for me. My seats have 140000 miles on them and look almost perfect. Not bad for a 1993. This is the best picture i have without getting the camara out and going into the garage.

Yep same here. There 3 step wash, paint cleaner,polish and wax works wonders on my paint. Car looks like its new still.
