Tucson + coilovers= HELL... The roads SUCK *** HERE!
This is my setup:

wheel specs:
18x9.5 +35 front
20x10 +35 rears

K Sport coilovers: Max low in the front (about 4 in), 3.5 in in the rear, springs setup for max travel possible.
Front stiffness: 2 counter clockwise turns +6 clicks to soft
Rear stiffness: 2 counter clockwise turns +4 clicks to soft

Body mods: rolled rear quarter panels AND front fenders. Holes for the front knucles to clear:

Before the drop:

After the drop:

What made me decide to roll my fronts:

LOL

So now the car sits very nice, the cross member scraps a lil on any speed bump and it is a pain to fckng park my car UP in my garage lol.... but well worth it. I will get more nice pics with my camera since all this was phone pics. Thanx guys for the write ups about suspension, they helped a lot!!!

Stay tuned for more mods coming up: JDM bumper Aimgain style, Audi r8 headlight mods, turn signals and gate shifter install

=) it is cming along!!!

EDIT: oh and yes, this is my daily driver!

Well I chickened out... Tucson streets suck big time, can't have piece of mind driving around on a low car and dodging all the pot holes and uneven pavement... from my front fender wells I was 33 3/4 from the floor and 34 inches from my quaerter panels; that changed to 35 front and 35 3/4 rear and I have a peace of mind like never before... been driving less on edge and now I can hold my baby's hand while I drive =) . I have been seriously thinking about bags or even make my own hybrid like the Tein Cobra or the Moda Parfume air cylinder. I'm going to see if I can talk something over with K Sport since they are in located in Phoenix... Whish me luck.

nope, not at all. My front wheels are 18x9.5 and the tire is a 234/40/18 so i never had the wiring relocation issue even as low as i was... If i had 19's or 20's i could see myself having that issue

drop is looking sick! 20's don't look so bad once you've slammed the car! i'm still wondering if i should go 20-rears and 19-fronts. also, i just ordered the same coil-over setup as you. how do you like the ksports so far??

i have a question about the coilovers.. the **** on the top.. you just turn it and it makes your car rise or drop? or is there some longer process to changing the height of the car
