Sure

See the "W" wire ground signal that comes from the headlight relay it provides ground to the "R" wire fog light relay allowing it to be activated when u turn the fog switch. all you have to do is cut the "R" wire and connect it to a ground signal that is active when the car is on and the fogs will switch on idependent of the headlight circuit. i did mine @ the relay i will try to pull it apart and let u know what wires i connected

I'm looking at this right now - as my fogs are inoperative i would like to add DayTimeRunLights (Canada).
CAUTION - plkyone has grounds and hots reversed. He means cut and connecty an ignition switched +12 source to fire the FOG relay. The FOG fuse and relay is in the driver's kick panel and a pain to work on.
What I am doing is leaving the stock circuit alone, and installing a piggyback fuse and relay kit in the main panel, and splicing into the fog lamp wiring down at the lamp itself. A bit more hardware but a heck of a lot easier to work on.

naaahhh i might have made a error in explination i apologize but this is the easiet and best way and no i did not use a +12 volt source i used the ground signal it is a bit of a pain to do but the result is a clean and well done connection. When you do your connection with the relay SharkGTS will you still be able to activate you fogs using the original switch with or without the headlight being active? I have done 5 gs300 this way with all positve results
BTW the canada setup might be a little differnt remeber we have gs300's

+12 volt is coming in through the top of the ckt diagram, grounds are at the bottom. if we are talking the top wires then it should read (edit in red):
See the "W" wire +12V signal that comes from the headlight relay it provides+12V to the "R" wire fog light relay allowing it to be activated when u turn the fog switch. all you have to do is cut the "R" wire and connect it to a +12V signal that is active when the car is on (like the pwr to the radio) and the fogs will switch on independent of the headlight circuit. i did mine @ the relay i shorted things out so bad I melted the harness (...that's me making a joke)
I used a new relay supplied by an add-a-fuse plug in splitter, in the fust panel (eng comp) to switch the lights on when the key is turned on. This is pretty much DRL operation in Canada - which i think is a good idea. My fog ckt didn't work at all from the switch, the relay wouldn't fire, not sure why.also the wire was damaged at the lights so I had to re-do on plug and one bulb anyway.
Fog lights enable other drivers to see you (i.e. DRL) in the foggy conditions, without having to use your headlights. The measly output from 55W H3's does nothing for forward vision. Replacing these with LED will save on alternator torque as well, but i have not looked at the output of LED for this application.
