7M-gte And 2JZ-GE
Hey guys, theres a near perfect 7m-gte at the local junkyard, I was wondering what parts are interchangeable with the 2jz-GE, I was wondering if I could swap the heads, and use the turbo manifold and turbo's from the 7m-gte, Could I swap the intake manifold and intercooler, Pretty much wondering if I can do anything with this engine, I know it outs out around the same as the 2jz-ge in HP, but I could always upgrade the turbo correct?

nope. dont think any of the parts are interchangeable.
well, if parts were interchangeable im sure the guys over on supraforums would of posted stuff about these things but i've never seen.

no can't cange it over waste of time and money.
You are better off buying an ebay manifold, emanage blue, and a quality turbo.
No intercooler and boost to 7 PSI and start working your way up form there by adding injectors, intercooler, exhaust ect.
I mean the only thing you can really use form the 7m is maybe.. well nothing actually... ask me why i have a 2jz in my mk3

x2.
new headgasket, torque it down to spec, run 91+ gas. and your good (assuming you've fixed the problems that naturally come with a 18+ year old car)
and speaking of 7m's...recently i've been thinking about selling the GS and getting an Mk3...that most likely wouldnt happen tho, BUT maybe pick one up (sub $800) and turn it into a project and keep the GS as a daily VIP ride.
