Um, it would help if you stated which size turbo and if the trans is stock.
Tnetics have a bad rep recently, and not many people I know of in the supra world run them. Precision seems to be the name of choice but even their turbos have lemons.
As for the auto... I've got the stock auto in my aristo and I'm making about 400 WHP and it holds up for a while. The first to second gear really needs more pressure to get it to shift faster as it seems to burn the clutch packs for far too long when you get to that power level.
