anyone know of any reputable shops in ny, im acutally in long island but wouldnt mind traveling a lil .. im starting to put together a list of parts and budget for a gte swap and i am in dire need for a good shop to install it when i have all my parts gathered...any advice/experiences would be appreciated.

Im a little biased, but you can check out shops in northern Delaware if your willing to travel an hour or two

They're are the only shop I would let touch my RX7. I have been dealing with the owner for a few years and have seen him do ridiculous custom turbo installs as well as a slew of engine swaps on many different cars. At the moment he is completing a custom turbo setup, full drivetrain swap, and custom ems install on my rx7. Give the shop a call and ask for Taco, he's the owner, tell him Tommy recommended you.

bump.. damn only one person can recommend a good shop in ny? theres gotta be more, cmon guys hook it up? any staight up toyota specialty shops?

for general work ill say Henry auto repair iv been dealing with henry for years since my first car he has 2 shops now here's the info for the old one both located in yonkers tho he's great on prices!!!
