Lower that sucker, which I think you're in the process of doing so. Secondly, I'm not feeling that home made chrome grille. Not only that, it doesn't look right with gold emblem. Beside that, you're on the right track. Oh one last thing, I'm not too sure if it was your phone but you need to buff those headlights. It look pretty foggy from the picture.

I'd look into getting some new wheels. Also, if you're thinking of dropping it, the drop you've mentioned can be achieved with a set of lowering springs. With coilovers you'll be spending upwards of a grand or more for a set.

i like it. Lower it (for my coilovers i went with Tein CS but its up to you),if your going for a vip look you should think about getting new wheels
oh, and when you do tint your headlights could you put some pics up? im curious what its going to look like

If you want to lower it and not spend a ton, I would recommend the Tanabe DF210 springs. I am picking up some this week to replace my Eibachs. I love coilovers, but I don't need the adjustment, so I am sticking with springs. The car is nice and clean. It will look better lowered. I am also not feeling the grill, but it's your car and you need to do what you like.
