how to wire fogs lamps to parking lamps

how many people have successfully done this? i just tried this last night and now my fogs wont work at all! i took it all apart today and rechecked all my connections and still nothing! the car has no other symptoms =/ everything else still works!
can i please get someones help? the next time i take it all apart again i will try to put all the wires back where they went before! thanks!
can someone explain this pic to me? yestdery i used the wrong green wire! today i am pretty sure i got the right wire but how to tell from this blurry pic!
