"mr. jager, (yes sir) eyewitness says that an underage man with headphones (illegal i guess) was driving a silver car. ran the plate came back as your car - an Aristo. he wasn't speeding but there was no "N" ..(N is the learner's sticker)

me puzzled ahh "yes this is mine, but i don't use headphones, what time?"

"this morning... did you pull out onto the hiway?"

yeah i did but that was me driving - hey it's a right hand drive! it was my son with headphones he was a passenger!

"oh so sorry to bother you then, just that we have to follow-up ......"

just goes to show how the law enforcement officers are completely useless...BTW, L is the learners

 

yeah somebody a concerned citizen called us in, plate, description the works. this town we live in is really square as one guy put it. i am sure the look of the car got them going too .

years ago i was taken down in a silver porsche 928 on mainstreet, the big deal - 4 cars boxed me in, lights wailing, hands up, rush hour so the whole town saw it. i had just got the car from florida and the plate didn't match (icbc ok'd that) so they thought it was ripped off.

funny thing is that RHD cars are a dime a dozen...I see them everywhere and I don't see them as nothing to get excited about.
