battery light came on this morning

driving into work this morning when my battery light came on & stayed on,I had the alternator changed last spring,and installed a new DIE HARD battery has anyone experience this problem.

u probably are not charging. since you had the alt replaced not too long ago...see if you have oil from the dist or valve covers dripping all over the alt...if the alt is dead, that's why.
