Default thinking about lowering the GS

ok so from what i have read about the tanabe df210 sounds like what i want. get it somewhat low but still have a good ride. but im sure once i pop these springs on the stock shocks will soon die. so my question is what would be the best shock to put on my car. i want to get it lower, handel a little better but still have most of the ride quality of oem. what is there for me to look at?

i just got some df210, can't wait till it comes! but same here. i looking around what shocks to get. my friends tells me to get bilstein shocks because it is the best one for our cars. and he says KYB are uncomfortable and should be only used for trucks. im looking around for cheap shocks

its not that much different...just dont expect the ride of a "lexus" you feel alot more on the road then the oem set-up.

same ? as boxcarfan. i know when you lift a truck it messes up your whole suspension (if its a cheap lift) and your tire wear. is it the same effect with lowering?
