as opposed to rating at the crank. The stock GS makes ~220 hp as measured by the motor. When parasitic losses are taken into account, thats more like 180-190 measured at the rear tires.

whp= wheel horse power. 2jz-gte is the engine he used. Same motor as the 93-98 Supra Twin Turbo. Your car has a 2jz-ge, the non turbo version of the same motor, assuming you have a GS300 and not an Aristo

400 with just a front mount and full exhaust on us spec? how much boost?

hmmm...

i have the jdm spec motor with front mount, intake, full exhaust and boost controller. i know jdm turbos are ceramic and dont make as much power...so how much would you estimate that to be at? i havent dynoed it yet, i should but i dont have time. and i need a bigger radiator haha.

^ With your JDM setup you should be able to hit 350-375whp. Anything over 17psi on the JDM turbos puts them out of their efficiency range , where as with the U.S. Spec turbos you can crank them up to 22-24psi and make 400-450whp depending on what trans you have

Did you 2jzgte swap guys also swap trannys?

BTW Hawaiidude, to answer your other question , you can possibly make around 240 at the crank and 200 rwhp with intake ,exhaust, and an SAFC (tuned). The intake you could buy or fabricate, exhaust you can buy or get done at an exhaust shop and the SAFC is an air/fuel controlling device, you can buy it on ebay, you would have to get your car tuned which is usually 200$ + . The intake you can fabricate for like 30$, exhaust if you mandrel bend fabricate is around 250-300$ and an safc from ebay is 150+ , so if you think 600 bucks is worth that much hp (with a torque converter, there is a noticeable difference), then you can go that route. A member here named Abear has dyno results with roughly those numbers. If you ask me personally Id go NA-T or 2jzgte swap if your looking for alota hp.
