Poa valve

Does anyone know where i can get a POA VALVE for my ac system for a 95 gs300?.. I took my car in to get the ac checked cause of the flashing ac light on my dash when i turn my ac on... they fixed 1 valve but they said i needed a POA VALVE and the only place to get it from is the dealer...witch will cost about $500.... so if anyone knows where i can get it for a lower price, please let me know.. Thanks
