Question Aristo Bumper Fitment

I have searched, but never seen a clear answer, so here goes. I have a 94 GS3 and need to know if an Aristo bumper will bolt right up, aside from the different fogs and the pole....

Thanks for any insight.

From what I understand, no it wont. You either have to remove the OEM reinforcement, shave the OEM reinforcement, or buy an Aristo one (thinner)

On the topic of trimming down the OEM one, has anyone done this? Any pointers? Like which tool will get it done easiest/cleanest, or anything else you think is useful to know.

You sure? I've been told by a few people the "crash bar"/reinforcement is too thick for the design of the Aristo bumper, somebody on here did a side-by-side of the 2.

Mine bumper should be here in 2-3 weeks so I guess I'll find out then

You need to remove the bumper support or get a Aristo Piece or build a custom One. I have nothing behind my bumper and i am rolling the Aristo front Bumper

Im sure you will need the Aristo bumper Support. I was lucky to get that with mine. Its nice and light..all aluminum and it looks thinner. This will help line up the bumper easily

you will need a support, the GS300 one is way larger,

someone in town put a GS300 support on, with an aristo bumper, and it fit like ****

try to find a crash bar as well as the bumper if possible

I'd think you'd be the one hooking up the U.S. guys with them being from canada and all I've got a guy I need to give a call soon for one since my aristo bumpers goin to be here in a couple weeks. Last time I talked to him he had 2 Aristo parts cars with the crash bar still on. Ill give him a call and let you know what I find out.

Just a side note, sorry OP, but... has anyone ever done an aristo bumper with a carbon spoiler under?

you can give venus auto in sacramento, california a call. I will be picking up a whole aristo front end from them. my girl burrowed my car and got into an accident. =(. messed up my whole front end...so time to go for a jdm aristo front and rear swap. =)

yup the bumper support for the aristo is thinner and way lighter since its made out of aluminum. be safe and get yourself an aristo bumper support instead of rolling around without one.

It bolts on without any problems. However you will need to get a jdm crashbar to make it fit.
