Coolant/oil mixing and leaking. Missing Timing Cover?

The 7m is notorious for a BHG. The 2jz is only known for it if the head and block aren't decked right, and in this case, it's my own fault for not having the block hot tanked and decked. The head was done perfectly, but I should have gone the extra mile for the block. I was skittish about taking out the pistons, but screw it. I'm having it all done right in the next day or so. Video will follow once it is running.
The oil and coolant weren't milky, but they are mixing. It just started to get into the cylinder today. It's being pulled and fixed. This is the last thing standing between me and my baby
