Default srew supra radiators

my car, aristo swap full bpu, runs electric fans with a new factory supra radiator. It would constantly over heat expecially with a/c on in town NOT EVEN boosting!

The fans are perma cool 12" dual 1600 cfm each pullers

I got finished installing a factory v8 radiator that my boy ran on his race car. At first look the inlet and outlets look like they would run into the charge pipes.

I finally got around to installing it. I had to cut out some of the frame to get it to fit find a new top radiator hose and build a bracket so it would not touch the drive belt. And I had to extend the hot side intercooler pipe about 2 inches. Now keep in mind im running factory fat *** pipes so everything was tight. and of course I had to make 2 new top brackets and for the bottom I retained the factory mounting locations but used suspension bushings to raise it about a inche allowing me to run the factory hot side intercooler pipe with extention.

The fan setup is a 15in puller no name and a 12" perma cool.

This setup is awesome I can go around town beating on it with a/c on and no overheating.

I can post picture if some on is interested.

I have a Mishimoto radiator with mishimoto radiator pipes, mishimoto trans cooler and two SPAL fans and never overheat. If I had to guess your other radiator had some blockage.

no it was brand new only used it for 3 months. they way I went was low buck but more labor intensive. I spents about 75 in supplies and 75 for the radiator itself so 150 total

Did you happen to replace your thermostat? Mine was toast when I pulled it. Also, does your radiator cap hit the hood? I had to cut down the hood support to keep it from hitting the cap and causing coolant to spray. That may be your problem. Also, ensure you don't have any air bubbles by burping the system.
