Default Swapping Aristo Auto to Built Supra Auto

And hit a snag. Tranny shop called and stated swapping tailshafts isn't as easy as I had assumed. Anyone here placed a built Supra Auto into their Aristo? What all is involved? Thanks!

Okay, for anyone that wants to know (and for those that don't, too bad). If you have an Aristo transmission and want to swap in a built Supra auto, the transmission will have to come apart to swap the tailshafts. The Supra driveshaft connects via a for bolt flange where are the Aristo/GS300 have a 3 bolt flange with slip in yoke/shaft. The tailshaft is held in by a snap rings which necessitates the disassembly of the transmission. Labor rates for this work are not cheap either.

I am putting in a Supra TT auto built by Boost Logic with upgraded sprags/clutches and a 3800 stall torque converter.
