to stagger or not to stagger?
ok so i was working on a vette today and i noticed it had the kind of set up that i want on my GS. 245 40s up front and 275 40s in the back. and i saw that the 275 is freakin wide as crap. and im pretty sure this would give me very bad inner edge wear on 18s with the DF210 drop.
so should i get 18x8s all the way around or should i get 18x8 up front and 18x9.5 in the rear? the 18x8s would be 245 40 18 and the rears (if they were the 9.5) would be 275 40or35 18s.
so, should i stagger or not?
here are the wheels i want: http://www.tsw.com/alloy_wheels_snetterton.php

im just worried tire wear will be crazy bad in the rear with 275s lol. i talked to a guy who sells alignment parts and he said some companys are looking into rear camber bolts for our cars but there just isnt a high demand for them.
anybody have 275s or wider in the rear? if so how bad is the tire wear?

295s in the rear on DF210s and KYB shocks/struts. No unusual tire wear is apparent after 6,000 miles. The fronts are usually my concern whenever lowering a GS and they look good so far as well.

Without a doubt, stagger is the way to go. I have 245/40-18 front and 275/35-18 rear. I can feel the increased performance cornering, the ride is great, and I have no irregular tire wear.
If I'm not mistaken, RMMGS4 has a wicked 295/30-20 in the rear and it loks amazing!!
