Default Question for the NA-T guys out their

for those that have done the gte swap or turboed the NA motor what did you do about the rear end, swap it out , build it up what????

how much power will my stock rear end be able to take?

only reason iam askin is cause when my car was stock it would only catch one tire in a break stance. now with more power it catches posi every time. and boy is it fun

iam just worried its on its way out or somethin LOL

recommended to change to a MKIV Supra rearend with LSD. I have not done it yet because they are very pricey. You can try JHOT because I actually saw a Aristo LSD rearend there for sale recently.

Or you can use the GS400/430 or SC400/430 form 98 and Up will work perfect with Turbo application it's a 3.26 non LSD with the Supra TT is 3.76 with LSD.

It will handle whatever you throw at it, the only downside of the 4.27 is the your MPG on the highway will drop so quick. And with Turbo car you need taller to stay in Boost longer, the car will fill a little slugish off boost.
