I am picking up my 1 owner GS on Monday... has 75,000 miles and is in pristine shape. When might I expect timing belt issues? Any other surprises? Could I expect to find and exchange the std radio for the navigation unit? Mine is charcoal with saddle interior. Thanks,
JR

Hi, congrats on the GS. The service interval suggested by Lexus for the timing belt is 90K miles. I would recommend an aftermarket nav unit because you can probably get a more advanced system that way. Check with the 2GS guys about a double din bezel for it. I think Metra makes a good one. The 2GS guys should be helpful. We're the old school 93-97 GSers in here.
