A shorter bumper in the rear is nice... but flat bumper? ewww...

I have this kit and I love how the rear looks. The rear is very short but it still has a butt.

But NO butt at all looks yucky. Our cars are not Corvettes...

Ok you need to stop comparing women to cars. Because a car with a nice but has a big trunk in general. Now if its just more toned doesnt mean its flat its just means it jiggles less. Come on we arent driving hatchbacks here. Were driving bad full bodied *****es

I couldn't speak for stock vs stock, but our USDM GS300 actually has a SHORTER rear bumper than the aftermarket JDM/Aristo bumper we're about to put on. From the very top middle of the bumper to the edge of the bumper was ~3.5" on the US bumper, and the same measurement on the japanese bumper was ~5". The Aristo aftermarket rear bumper is made by Final Konnexion. Based on these measurements, you can use the USDM crash bar with this JDM FRP bumper assembly, but installing it will tell the full truth. Pics later hopefully.

Just finished installing the new rear bumper... not hard at all. A couple bolts on top, the side, in the trunk, and disconnect the lights, pretty straight forward. Had to get rid of the styrofoam, but the metal is still there. Write up maybe tomorrow...

ahhahaha. Got a chuckle out of me.

I can't say one would be better then the other without seeing it. You never know...especially depending on other mods the car has and whether it flows or not. My first thought would be that it would look as good as the Aristo rear bumper but again, you never know. And even then, its to each and their own

I dont think the photochop looks too bad. But its only from one angle so who knows.
