Not quite sure where those numbers came from...
9.5" +20 actually sits the same relative to the fender as 10.0" +26
10.0 +32 actually sits the same relative to the fender as 9.5" +26
On the rear quarter panels, I would advise against rolling as it creates dimples in the areas that are square-punched to receive the screws for the fender trim.
Cutting the lip is better, and will eliminate the possibility of distortion.

Hi Lexatlast please tell me what size tires you are using for your wheels? I'm planning to get wheel sizes like yours. Thanks.
He's not gonna rub at the top of the fender liner, he'll rub on the edges of his fenders.
i was on tanabe springs and my wheel specs were 19x8.5/9.5 with +35 offsets and this is how my wheels looked for fitment (the springs hadn't settled out at this point, it got lower)
a +20 offset would push those things out pretty far. I'm no expert, but that much more offset, IMO would have the wheels too far out. Rolling or serious negative camber would be needed. Of course, rolling the fenders will give that nice flared look
I actually vote for the +20 offset wheels. Get someone who does some good fender rolling and after its done, you'll have some beast wheels with great fitment. If you get the +40s, it'll be too conservative. Do it once and right!
What do the wheels look like?
