vvt-i???

i was wondering if the 2jz-ge vvt-i engine from the 98 GS/IS would fit in our cars. or would the 2jz-gte vvt-i from a 98' supra fit? does anyone know or have they tried this yet?

the motor mount positions are different from the two. maybe you can mix and match some other oem mounts and get it to line up

the gs and is have a 5spd auto trans. you may have to figure out how to run the newer shifter if you want to keep it auto and use the options the newer cars offer
