Just like IS300 said. There's a rod that connects to the handle that might of came loose from the clip braking at the connection point. If you can get a hold of it and trigger it it should pop door open. You can take a wedge and insert it between the glass and trim to make room. With a flash light you might be able to see if the rod is disconnected or not. Worst case scenario... The hook lock seized up and ur in deep dodo. I have read that if that's the case.. You can pull door panel off(which is very probable of damage) or drilling a hole to access the lock itself. I have been trying to get my nephews car door to open also with the lock seized. So if anyone comes up with a solution that would be great. Hope this helps a bit on trouble shooting. Just a few things I did. GL!
