you can order them direct from a lexus stealership... i had to bite da bullet and got mine from there cause of warranty, and didnt trust a used one from a salvage car, and plus it looked like it was made with diffrent better looking parts than the original one...

Depends on what happened with yours.... If the plastic guides at the top and bottom are broken, then you can be creative and just rebuild them. I bought a brand new in the box track on ebay for 25... I also scored a few at the junk yard as backup. Just stay away from the stealership
