Default Think about it for a second

Let just say for the sake of this post, everyone here on CL is technical. I've been looking for a donor car the fab a front bumper. The 2002-04 Camry I believe is the closet to our body style. The exterior dimensions are the same... Lets forget for a minute it would be a royal pain in the **** to retrofit.

What other car do you guys think would work?

If I had auto body sculpting skills, I wouldn't bother with finding another car to retrofit exterior parts from. I would make a concept drawing of the GS and use that drawing to redesign the bumper.

Then, for the sake of this post, I would take my bumper, cut it up and add fiberglass to the parts of the bumper in order to recreate the bumper I designed on paper.

Good idea, I thought of that too... Some expanding foam and fiber glass?

draw first, photoshop second, start by using foam (rattle can) and cut-shape to your hearts content. This is how many j-shops do their custom and one off bumpers and I have done some mods using this method. Best one IMHO
