Check the sensor on the door....
I recently had this issue and went though about 5 different batteries due to having to jump start the car over and over again. Luckily, the guys at the local auto parts store didn't give me an hassle when I came back to swap out another battery.
Anyway, if you have a garage you can see better, but, if not, look at the footwell on the car when you close the doors at night. The footwell lights should fade out after a few seconds. If not, then, there's your culprit. The sensor on the door gets pushed in when the door is closed. If the sensor is bad, or the door is not properly aligned, the sensor will not be activated, thus, the lights remain on and drain the battery.
I put a paper clip in there for about a month or so and it work fine. Ultimately, a good friend of mine, who buys junked Lexus' and parts them out put another one on for me at no charge the last time I was over at his shop hanging out, talking car stuff.
Hopefully this is the solution to your issue. I wish it would have taken me six months and five trips to the local auto parts store to figure it out!
