Default Transmission cooler line location

Hey guys,

I am planning on doing a DIY tranny flush on my car, can someone tell me where the transmission cooler line is located on these cars?

Thanks

i added a tranny cooler expecting it to extend the life of my tranny. Once i added it, my tranny started to slip..maybe it was just a coincidence, but after i took it off, my tranny ran better, didnt slip as much as it did when i had it on. But it never ran the same afterwards. this was at around 260K miles, drove it for around 1k miles, took it off. now have 270K miles.

this is just my experience tho.

At this point I just wanted to be able to do the flush on my own. If someone can post a pic of where the tranny cooler lines are located it would be appreciated.

Thanks!

dont flush it. i bet, if you got a good amount of miles on it, it will slip soon after. cause you will loosen up all the particles and small debris from all the little corners and crevices and then all that will run thought the front pump and valve body and will do all kinds of neat things haha.

just drain and replace the fluid a lot. when i first got my car and replaced tranny fluid like 3 times within 5000 miles and now i do it every time i do an oil change...but for the me, the tranny fluid is nothing since i am a tech haha.

I have actually had the flush done via t-tech, its been 40k and its running fine. When I first got the car I did 4 drain and fills made sure the fluid was red in color and went with the flush and am currently running Amsoil synthetic fluid.
