Question small oil leak

got a annoying small oil leak coming from around the distributor and above the water pump. I have read there is a distributor o ring? Could a bad o ring cause oil to seep out? also is the o ring an easy replacement?

It could be the dissy o-ring or the oil filter housing o-ring. I have replaced freaking everything and still find a few drops of oil on the floor each week.

is replacing the dissy o ring an easy thing to do? I know it's not the oil filter housing because the oil only seeps out through the dissy and above the water pump. I might a have a small power steering leak too.

is there any link to a website on how to replace the dissy o ring? If I take the dissy out, do I have to line it back up? I never taken a distributor off before so if there is timing involved I don't want to risk throwing my timing off. Looks like its easy to take off, but I don't know.

any one done a dissy o ring replacement? can anyone give me some pointers. I can try to attempt doing it myself but I am afraid of throwing off the timing.
