I always wanted to try making a 1GS a chocolate brown/root beer with a tan interior! Very unique sir! Get out of my head
Just to give you some ideas, I always imagined the brown color of the car to complement well with silver and gold, silver window trim as you did plus mesh gold wheels with polished lip, and gold emblems. Other elements would be brushed gold such as the plastic tabs on the sides of the foglights, clearing the corners of the headlights (and possibly taking them apart and doing it up in gold? Never been done before as far as I know, wonder how it looks). Tint, at least 35%, and chrome exhaust with the tips just barely touched with a gold ring at the end.
Just trying to help produce ideas best of luck with the project and great job so far!
