Default my 1996 starts and stalls right after

in a weird problem here, yeasterday my car started doing this.
the car starts fine but stall right after. what happens is car goes high in rpm when started and when it idles down, i can hear 3 to 4 buzz fron fuel pump and it dies. anyone had this sort of problem before? was thinking it might be idle control but car will shut down even if i press on the throttle.
could it be fuelpump ecu? thanks all for help

it could do you have to jump start it? and also if the alt is not charging when it idles the bat light should come on. u said u put in a new pump? what kind of pump is it ? if it is a walboro u may have to unplug the fuel ecu and jump it i had to do this to mine it just kept killing the fp ecu and most guys i know who have installed that pump do the same.
