Angry 95 gs300 no fuel pressure, no check engine light

Can someone please help!!! I have a 1995 gs300 with 121k miles. my problem is no fuel pressure, when i turn the key nothing. I`m getting spark to plugs, voltage to fuel injector, timing is perfect. Another thing is my check engine light don`t come when key is in the "ON/RUN" position. I thought that engine light suppose to light up prior to start. i was told that you should heard a light click once key is in run position...I don`t

Fuel computer in the trunk. Bypass it or get a new one.

I connected fuel pump to a battery for a split second....it run. I then checked the power coming from the Fuel pump ecu w/ a volt meter, had power from there too. but when I reconnected the two I could`nt heard the pump. Is there a sensor somewhere between the fuel pump and rail that tell the pump to increase pressure? Are these fuel pumps equipped with some sort of HIGH PRESSURE shut down? EFI fuse and relay both were good

Just because there is 12v going to the fuel ECU doesn't mean it's going to kick on the pump. The purpose of the ECU is so that the Lexus will run at 9v during cruising and 12v under WOT. If it's fried you get 0v going to the pump regardless of the relay switching on. I ran mine directly from the 12v going to the ECU, crossed it with the wire going to the pump and ditched the ECU all together. I was boosted so I really didn't want 9v slowing down the fuel delivery anyway.
