Did Intake Mod now CEL
Ok so I did a custom intake with an adapter from pep boys and one of there generic air filters. No im getting a hesitation, bucking, and all kinds of crazy codes like, vaf circuit, IAT circuit, turbocharger pressure ?!!?!?! WTF! ?
It looks just like this guys except my filter is a tad bit shorter. Not much though. I have everything hooked up properly, and I even tried cleaning my MAF after this happened and no change.

Did you try disconnecting your battery for a while to reset your ECU? This is kind of a normal thing if you change the intake properties too much it's probably putting your air flow readings out of the range that the ECU expects is normal. Resetting it MAY make it re-learn what normal is, but it's a long shot. The easiest and cheapest method is probably putting it back the way you found it.

I feel you on resseting the ecu but my thing is so many other members have done this mod with no problems. Maybe my MAF is just goin up i dunno but im sure someone has had this happen, even if by accident.

Well you had to have removed the MAF to do the intake mod, in doing so you may have damaged it by accident. One thing you can try is just pulling the harness and reseating it. If you have some electrical contact cleaner you might want to give the harnesses a few squirts, let dry, and then reconnect and try again.

wait? what did you use to clean the maf sensor? also did you spray the maf sensor while the engine was still hot? I ask because it is possible the cleaner could of damaged the maf sensor.

And I cleaned it with the proper solvent, MAF cleaner.
Update: The car is now back to stock and running like normal. Im gonna do the BFI mod and see how that performs. I think the intake iu used was too short...? I guess.
