Default Vacum assist breaking system

I recently swapped over my aristo engine to a single and with that change came a new intake manifold.

I am curious to know does the vacum assist require a one way check valve from the manifold?

I tossed the old stuff, hoses, manifold etc... and I did not recall a one way check but it could have been incorporate into the hose I through out or the intake manifold itself.

Any assistance is appreciated and if a valve is required, any assistance on a part number would be of significant help.

Thanks!!

It's a banjo bolt. Drill it and tap the manifold.
