Fixng the needle outage problem...
Here's a solution. Paint the needles with the glow in the dark paint that you get from Walmart's craft section. LOL

Right on. I'm going to try to paint the needles with super glow paint including behind the gauge and see how that turns out. The needles will have a weird looking whitish paint but at night, it'll be bright like a ****. I don't know about the paint behind the gauge, hopefully that will do something for it. Other than that, I'm from Lil Saigon. LOL

alot of peoiple are against painting needles because of the fact it adds weight to them and can effect how the gauges read i know when i did it to the supra i had to change back to stock let us know how it works might be better for the lexus

I won't be doing layers of it. More like a very light layer since the paint I'm getting are like super glow. It stays on for about 12 hours from what I heard after getting like a 15 minute charge from a light source. But these super glow paint are expensive just for a 4 ounce bottle.
