Vin code plate ?
Where is vin code on mk1 gs300 ? One is under the bonnet (plate,wheres paint code and transmission code etc.) But where else can i find vin code on the chassis ?

the vin plate is going to tell you paint code, and diff code. it shouldn't list a tranny code, since they were all automatic anyway.
the spots you can find the VIN are on the firewall in the engine bay, in the drivers door frame and on the dash through the windshield, usually
