How to change license light bulbs?

How to change license light bulbs?
I tried pushing in the tabs to see if thats how the housing comes off but I had no luck. So how do I get to them?

you push the tabs in, and the whole "cluster" comes out, then you twist the bulb out and replace

Lol ok ill try again in the morning ( damn license plate bulbs )

Mine were old and brittle so just push hard. I even had to push them back into the bumper. lol
