lol the heat gun is a lifesaver when installing the leather! No jokes lol. The leather would not fit at all. It was too short and I couldnt get it to wrap around the sides of the back seats. I used to heat gun to heat up the leather so it could be more loose and kinda stretchy. So yea using a heat gun for this project is a must. I tried to get the sags out as much as possible. I tried lol.

Thank you guys!
The seats are from ebay. I forgot how much i paid. like 5bills or somethin.
The door panels are painted with SEM black paint.
The brown part on top is going to be brown.
The carpet dye was the RIT Dye.
Scale 1-10 the overall project is like a 7 with 10 being the hardest. Will require some skills.
It is really time consuming. I have a busy schedule so it is taking some time now to complete lol

How many cans of the SEM paint did you end up using for the interior? What was the method you used to dye the carpet and how many packages of Rit dye did it take?
Oh, and if you have any future projects, 3m super trim or headliner adhesive works well for recovering panels when staples don't want to bite. The 94 mazda 323 that I just sold looks awesome with navy crushed velvet everywhere.
Also, if you get a chance, post up new pics of your interior. I'm dying to see the finished product.

This is truely amazing! It looks fantastic man! I hope you don't think everyone is copying you because a lot of us have planned this black interior swap, but I doubt any of them will come out as well as yours!
I too would like to know how many cans and how many packages you used as well. I might be looking into a two tone job because I'm going to use the IS300 steering wheel.
Like I said, it looks amazing man! Good luck with the rest of it!
