Obviously, a 1st gen GS300 can't beat it, but...

I was late for school, so I was hauling *** up the 605 freeway. Just after merging from the 405, I was going about 90mph. Ahead of me was a car in the fast lane travelling around 75mph. When I got closer I noticed it was a new model z-28. I knew if I passed him I would have to floor it even though I was 10mph faster than him. So I floored it and hit 100mph as I went to pass. Then all of a sudden the assh*le floors it so I can't get in front of him. So I said, "fine, want to play that game?" I knew I couldn't beat him with power, so I had to out-smart him. I tailed him for a mile then we hit traffic, which was moving around 70. We were stuck behind slow cars, but when I noticed an opening that was about to close in the slow lane, I took it. He saw the move and tried to block me, but I was able to sneak in between some slow cars in the right lane that was travelling a little faster than the lanes on the left. After I got through the slow moving traffic the z-28 was trying to catch up. I opened my sunroof and gave the guy a fat finger that he could see from a few cars back. We hit slow traffic again and he was still a few cars behind me in the fast lane. He never got around me. Then I merged onto the 91 east and the assh*le followed me. We hit more traffic again and this negated his engine power. I moved in and out of traffic and he never caught up to me even though I saw him moving in and out of traffic too. I just wish I could have given that ***** another finger because I HATE ASSH*LES WHO LIKE TO TRAVEL SLOW IN THE FAST LANE AND SPEED UP WHEN SOMEONE WANTS TO PASS THEM!

welcome, another first gen GS. good good story. very interesting keep it up. where you from. we gotta get a BIG first gen meet. so far i think i'm the only member that has started a first gen meet a couple months back. it was just me and indypwr. LOL. it was a fun meet though.

i'm from torrance 15 min from long beach. we gotta get at least 5 first gen gs to have a good meet. i could probly get indypwr to come too. he is 20 minutes from me. thats 3 first gen.
