Ok
, I did an engine wash on my car today then all of the sudden the motor starts shaking all crazy. Tested the battery and alternator but they turned out to be good. Drove the car home from work and it would hesitate to go anywhere when I step on the gas, and I would have to floor it just make it go. What could be the problem? Can anyone tell me?

If you can 1) park your car with its hood open soaking in the heat from the sun, or 2) remove your spark plug wires and get a towel, and firm stick to try and soak up any water that is in the spark plug channel, and spark plug tunnels leading to each spark plug. Also check your spark plug wires to see if any rubber/plastic is chipped, missing or worn out.
Let us know if you find anything else.

It's been a while but it turns out cylinders 3, 4 and 5 were missing before I changed out the spark plugs. The car still misses a little but I don't if I have to clean the spark plug channel or change the wires since they were, for some reason, drenched in motor oil along with the old spark plugs. Any suggestions on where to start again?

If you are having misfire problems and water was involved inside your engine compartment, change your mass airflow sensor!
I had the same exact issue TWO times.
First, when I first bought the car this happened because the people I bought my car from sent it to the detailer to clean it up. They steamed the engine and the only way for me to repair the problem was to change the sensor.
The second time was when i had the car painted and when they preped the vehicle for the paint booth, they powerwashed the engine compartment.
I am not saying that this is the be all end all, but I would say that if you can source one for around 50 dollars, its worth a shot.
Also, a tuneup would probably be good as well, but was not necessary to correct the MAF sensor problem i was experiencing.
On the other hand, your problem can be different, but it sounds EXACTLY the same as my issue.
