Default Any info about this Strut Tower Brace?

Does anyone know about the quality of this STB? Has anyone dealt with Autonet (www.autonetperformance.com) before? Seems like this is the only STB I can find for our car.

Thanks for any info.!

i believe that is the factory STB for the aristo. that's why there's no manufacture listed. and i think it fits both cars only cause the 1UZ-FE was optional on our cars. imagine that....V-8 first gen's and if you notice the pic you posted is not the engine in your car.

but anyway, everyone around here seems to have had bad experiences with autonet so i can only say buyer beware

Abflug and another company named I.MEC make a STB for our cars but they are in japan so you'd have to do some leg work to get it over here. good luck

Umm, this might be a wild goose chase but this website has them and allegedly they have a rep here in the US.

http://www.ab-flug.co.jp/

Here's the thread on CL where the guy introduced himself.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...threadid=56403

At the very least it is more pictures of hooked-up JZS147s!

Thanks Pianoman72 for the info.

I don't really like the look of that STB too much. But I'll try to PM that guy from the thread to get more info.

I asked Jay about the STB on the abflug website and this is what he replied,

reply from Jay
You know, I live in California too, Fullerton to be exact. Most likely we're going to have our Abflug-USA shop here in Fullerton. (still under contruction though).
About your GS300, we have upper strut bar for your ride. We call it "Monocoque Towerbar". You can log on "www.ab-flug.co.jp" and click on Aristo 147. Our USA version web site's still constructin right now. Sorry !! We'll have our GSs ready by Oct 12th Del Mar Hot import night show. so. please come and check us out. We just sold two Wide body Supras to Fast and Furious movie production for part 2 movie.
He also mentioned that they have a "universal" upper strut bar that fits our GS. He said he'll find out if he could sell it directly and he'll have the prices by next week.

Default STB.

I'd be in on this one as well.
Manaray tried to hook this up once, but not
too many people responded. I hope we'll
have better luck this time.
Thanks a lot for doing all the leg work, kts_GS3.
Definately keep us posted and thanks once again.
Regards.
