Default Car wont start... WHYYYYY

Ok so my car wont crank over at all... so i just did my 2jzgtte swap with an r154 transmission... and it wont even crank... i did however take all the gas out of the tank and i havent actually put any back in... but will that keep it from cranking... i know that when i had my benz if you ran it out of fuel the motor wouldnt crank over... i mean the starter wouldnt even give a click but once you put gas in it voila crank for days... does lexus do the same thing i just added gas but its raining out and i dont feel like getting wet

no that will not make it not crank. Does the starter click? If not then check the little connector going to the Starter Solenoid. I am going with that option. If it clicks you probably need a starter. Check fuses.

No that wasnt it... i fixed it... i had to short a few wires together on a connector for the auto trans... i wasnt getting voltage to the signal wire and that took care of it... car starts and runs beautifully... ill post up pics and vids when everythings done
